Miramar Playground Replacement

Hello Miramar community, friends and family!

The current residents of Miramar are raising funds to replace our playground, one of highlights of Miramar's outdoor space.  We have all benefitted from a previous resident's generosity when they left their backyard play-set behind more than a decade ago.  It has been patched up over the years, but recently professionals took a look at it and recommend starting fresh with a more commercial grade structure for safety reasons.  The estimate is approximately $4000.


Our plan is to use a local playground installer who will take down the current structure, salvage what he can - metal parts, slides and play fixtures- and install something new and improved.  The current Miramar community, both kids and parents, are coming together with design ideas and funding, but to get a high-quality, long-lasting replacement, we need a bit more.  



So we are reaching out beyond our walls to friends and family who use the facility or love some of the little people scampering about on it.  Trying to come up with a birthday or holiday gift for a grandchild?
