Hi, we are Miractech, and we are an aspiring nonprofit organization made by students for students. We are raising money to fund the purchase of new devices for students. We are also teaching children how to use technological resources, encouraging an exploration of STEM education, and creating presentations and videos to help students learn about STEM. We are working closely with Lisa Brooks, Paterson Public School No. 24's vice principal, to help provide technology and teach technology-related subjects to underprivileged students at this school. Dr. Brooks discussed with us the struggles and conflicts that come with being a part of a low-income visual and performing arts school and we hope we can make a difference in our community to by supporting this school.
Technology Student Assocation (TSA) is an international competition club in which students from around the world participate in STEM-related competitions. We are using Miractech for our entry into the Digital Video Production competition, for which the topic was to create a video that promoted a cause in our community.
As a group, we hope you can help us meet our financial goals so that we can close the digital divide for good.
Sincerely,
Co-Founders Ashwin Vaithiyalingam, Nitya Makkapati, Yash Patel, Krrish Thakker, and Jayden Mathew
