Miracle on Palmer Street

The students of Belmont Cragin Elementary School are in need of a Christmas miracle. Belmont Cragin is the fastest-growing Latino community in Chicago and has the second-highest immigrant population. In addition, 30% of our residents are under 19, which means that children are highly affected by this pandemic and the holidays just won´t be the same without some support.
Our children are some of the most kind, respectful and warm-hearted kids in Chicago. Many of our families have lost their jobs and have limited access to resources that others may have. Our kiddos deserve to have a Christmas filled with all the child-like joys.
We are located on Chicago's northwest side in a tight knit community. Our families are hard working and family oriented. They are involved closely with their childś education and unfortunately, most are unable to provide their children with a deserving Christmas experience. We would be so appreciative if you could help us to help them do just that!
