If you know me, you know I’m famously not a runner… but I have decided to challenge myself and run the Mini Marathon this Sunday 1st June to raise money for mental health charity Pieta House. Any donation, however small, means a great deal. Now let’s hope I make it over the finish line!

More information about Pieta: We’re Pieta, the charity that prevents suicide and self-harm. That means being there for you if you are self-harming, struggling with suicidal thoughts, or have lost someone to suicide. Every year nearly 500 people in Ireland take their own lives, that’s one life lost every week. It doesn’t have to be this way. Pieta exists to change this by offering life-saving services, provoking national conversation, and bringing people together through Darkness Into Light.
