We kicked off with limited resources but created something truly meaningful—featuring a Transition Market, film screening, live music, presentations, and DJs. The energy was incredible, and we’re more convinced than ever: Bern is ready for change.

What is Mindshift Bern?

Mindshift Bern is an initiative that connects local action with global knowledge to respond to the crises of our time—climate disruption, social fragmentation, and disconnection. We believe the future begins in our communities, through creativity, collaboration, and relationships.

In partnership with the Kulturmuseum Bern, we are building a platform for free workshops, events, public dialogues, and creative projects focused on identity, resilience, and bioregional regeneration. We aim to create an inclusive, regenerative cultural space shaped by collaboration and solidarity.

We’re committed to keeping all of our events free and accessible, but to ensure this work can continue, we need your help. Your donation, big or small, helps us:

We’re a team of educators, creatives, and systems thinkers, working with partners in Switzerland, the UK, India, and Colombia. Our network includes institutions like the Design School for Regenerating Earth, and we’re building a global community to create meaningful, systemic change.
