Hey there! I’m Leigh, and I offer yoga sessions at Canberra’s Lake Burley Griffin to raise money for mental health. Make time for yourself each week to flow with friends and good vibes, tunes, breathwork, mindfulness, and beginner friendly yoga.

Supporting Beyond Blue means a lot to me, having personally lost a close family member to suicide and supporting my family with mental health issues for many years. I have found solace in yoga, and I hope you do too. As a qualified yoga instructor and having practiced yoga for almost 20 years, I am thrilled to share my love of movement and guide you in connecting your mind, body and spirit. The practice will change every week but will usually include some breathwork, meditation, and vinyasa flow. All you need is a mat and an open heart.

Come join our lovely local community every Friday morning at 6:30am, nearby On Lake Cafe. After approx 45 minutes of practice, we finish off with a social coffee together . Whether you’re a yogi guru or don’t know what in the world a downdog is, absolutely everyone is welcome.
