It has been an honor to have you as a valued supporter of our dining rooms. Over the past ten years, we have grown and evolved into the IE Hospitality Team of four restaurants, with almost 50 employees currently on our team. For the last two years we have opted to provide health insurance and a shared tip system that has provided livable wages for everyone in the company.
Hospitality is one of the most adversely affected industries during this pandemic. Our industry has been forced to adapt but even with these changes we are taking big hits. Once the industry started shifting in reaction to COVID-19, we had two goals: keep everyone safe and not leave the employees hanging with very little options on their own.
Our team of employees needs your help to help mind the gap of this uncertain time. We have created this public fund with the sole intention of helping our team with relieving their burdens of rent, basic essentials, and loss of income. The minimum goal for all employees in four locations is 50k, though we do hope to raise more to take care of them. 100% of the funds donated will go directly to employees. Please consider donating what you would typically spend in our restaurants or if you're able to do more then let’s go!
