Mind Miles was born from a simple idea: that movement and mateship can help men open up. We’ve seen how powerful a shared run and honest chat can be — and we want to offer that to more people.
But it’s not just about talking — you don’t have to. It’s about getting out, staying fit, and doing something real with others. No pressure, no stigma.
Mind Miles, a free weekly run club that brings men together through movement, mateship, and honest conversation. To kickstart this initiative, we need your help.
We’re raising £250 to cover essential launch costs — flyers, car stickers, and a few branded hoodies and tees to spread the word and make Mind Miles visible in our community.
In return, myself, Henry, Will, Samuel, and Rhys will be running 100km throughout November — a shared challenge to show our commitment and raise awareness. We’ll be documenting every step of the journey on the Mind Miles Instagram so you can follow along, cheer us on, and see exactly how your support is making a difference.
And here’s the best part: every pound raised beyond our £250 goal will be donated to Movember, supporting men’s mental health on a national scale.
Whether it’s £2 or £20, your donation helps us build a movement that’s free, inclusive, and stigma-free — one mile at a time.
