Hi we are Millie's Grandparents, Sue and Brian. Millie is our 11 years old, funny, caring and usually full of life Granddaughter

Millie was diagnosed with an extremely rare Brain Tumour, which has been removed. It was a Primary Intercranial Sarcoma, Dicer1 Mutant. There are only 1 or 2 other cases in the UK and 0.2 % worldwide.

Millie has now got to have a year of treatment, Chemotherapy, Radiotherapy and possibly Protontherapy. This is too make sure that the cancer does not come back, it could be genetic and could possibly mutate and re-grow. She will be having treatment to hopefully cure her of this cancer. These will make her very ill and she will lose her hair, which she is very upset about.

Millie is being extremely brave and has agreed to having additional fluids and tests for research purposes to help other people.

We would like to try to raise some funding to enable Millie to do something special at the end of her treatment and also for anything special she needs throughout the horrible coming year ahead.

We would be very grateful of any donations for Millie, to help her through the treament and for the future.
