Just before Christmas I received the devastating news that my best friend Rob has sadly passed away.

A few years ago, he had gone skydiving with his brother and said it was something he would also like to experience with me, sadly it was one on the pile of Rob and Millz’s memories we never got round to making together.

My brother Vic kindly accepted my invitation to join me on this adventure, so guess what… we’re going to go and jump out of a plane!

We’re raising money in aid of Mind (NAMH) and every donation will help.

Mind is a charity that is also close to my heart, being a huge advocate for Mental Health. I’m also a Mental Health First Aider for the care company I work for - Redleif Care Ltd.
