2 weeks ago I decided to turn my running into a cause. So Miles for Mercy Meals was created. I ran the Hamsterwheel Ultra Marathon with every single mile being sponsored! Thank you for everyone who committed and helped make this possible. Whatever the amount you committed just multiply it by 52 and that is the total to pay. I just want to let everyone know how big of an impact this project will have directly in our community in New Bedford.

A hot breakfast program is served Monday through Saturday 6:30am-7:30am. Guests are treated with dignity and respect. The goal is to not only provide free meals, clothing and foot care to those in need but to also create a healthy atmosphere that builds networks of friendships and a stronger community.
