On July 11, 2026, after a hurricane warning, severe storms damaged the National Shrine known as the
Cemetery of the American Revolutionary of Congregation Mikveh Israel.
Located at 8th and spruce streets in philadelphia, the site
includes the resting place of Haym Solomon in 1785.
This, on the 250th anniversary of the United States. We implore you to assist us in the rebuilding the tomb stones directly damaged by the storm. These Jewish heroes shouldered the fight against the British, together with General George Washington, and made this country a beacon of democracy.
Help us restore their dignity and final resting place, replant trees and fix the tombstone.
May God bless you for your donation. Please share this appeal with others.
