Mike Worswick Picnic Table at Train Station

My sweet father was diagnosed with ALS in December of 2020 and has been receiving loving and warm hospice care since May. In honor of him, we'd like to present him with a donation in his name to one of his favorite Topeka spots, the Great Overland Train Station. The station is currently working to fence out a patio outside the station for birthday parties and safe train viewing and we're hoping to have a picnic table there with a plaque in honor of my dad and his love of trains. If giving generously exceeds the amount required for a picnic table, we would use additional funds to continue to support this family viewing area at the station.

Update: WOW! We are blown away by this generous giving and many have nudged us to change our goal! So we've updated our goal amount from $1250 to $5000 and will plan to do two picnic tables in this viewing area and use additional funds to support this area of the train station!
