I am running to clean up Holley Navarre Water System. I am tired of the corruption and I want to see it fixed. This is what I stand for...

1) Transparency: HNWS should conduct a forensic audit to make sure all of the members' resources are spent wisely and legally. This will help rebuild confidence.

2) Accountability: HNWS is the sole public utility for water in Navarre. It should follow the Sunshine Laws. The members pay the bills and they should have access to what is going on.

3) Fair Tap Fees: Local businesses should only be charged fair and transparent tap fees. They should not be excessive. No one should get favors or special treatment because of inside connections.

You can also request a ballot early by emailing HNWS (the email address is on the picture). Make sure to turn it in by January 6th at the HNWS office on Turkey Bluff Blvd.

After my honorable discharge I started a concrete business and in 2018 became a state licensed Certified Residential Contractor. I’m also licensed as a Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor. My wife and I have lived in Navarre for 20+ years.
