Hi, my name is Shannon Fisher & I’m fundraising for my brother, Mike Daneman, Jr. Mike will be undergoing a nephrectomy on Thursday, June 1st at Columbia Presbyterian in NYC. He is selflessly donating his kidney to one of his fellow teachers in need after finding out that he was a match. He has undergone extensive testing in the city over the last few months & is happy to help a friend in need, especially so she can continue to be here for her husband and two small children. Mike has always been dedicated to his community. He is a member of both the Lincroft First Aid & Rescue Squad and the Lincroft Fire Company, both of which are volunteer based organizations. Mike has taken part in the Shave a Hero Event which raises money for pediatric cancer. He has been a teacher of Computers/Technology since 2015. He is a great role model for all his students, as well as a loving son, brother, & uncle.

We are hoping the community can help give back to Mike while he recovers from his surgery. Thankfully all medical expenses related to the surgery are covered, but a donation of any amount will help keep Mike afloat with monthly bills over the next few weeks/months.
