Our parents apartment building caught on fire on Sunday, July 10. The smoke and water has damaged all of their belongings, although we are hopeful to save their clothes that we were able to get out. My brother and I decided that there is a lot to replace in order for them to get back on their feet. We are hoping they can stay at the complex in another apartment, as it is a great location and they have enjoyed living there for the past 8 years. It is also low maintenance for them and relatively easy access for my dad to get in and out.

With that being said, we are hoping to alleviate some stress for them on having to replace furniture and other items.

Thank you to everyone for their well wishes and wanting to help, they truly do appreciate it.
