For my birthday this year, I'm asking for donations to help fund the legal costs associated with helping my wife and I be together in America. 

I rarely ask for help - and always do my best to support others. But...

The new administration is making it more difficult to do this, even legally, and so we have no choice but to seek legal guidance... and it’s not cheap!

And during this process (which can take up to 12 months) it’s recommended that she NOT attempt travel to the US since there is a chance she will be rejected at customs and immediately sent back to Japan while still incurring the costs of her flight and other travel. And so, we have little choice but for me to travel there to see her as often as life and work schedule allows. Oh, and finances too. 

We are much happier together. And we promise to share that happiness with all of you. We will cook things and shower you with compliments and love. All while being eternally grateful. 

So if you can find it in your heart to unite two hearts...
