Organics)
A small start up named mightymini organics would like to build awareness around a sustainable, eco-friendly farming process that uses 1/10 the water to grow healthy organic produce plus produces healthy fish via process. Aquaponics will conserve precious water resources, drastically reduce our carbon footprint and support healthy fish populations in wild by harvesting farmed fish. Excess produce and fish will be donated to local schools , lower SES communities, disabled communities, veterans programs, substance abuse recovery centers, women's programs, homeless shelters. Etc. mightymini organics plans to hire employees from the aforementioned communities.

Mitchell T. Wilson (co founder of mightymini organics) found a better way of life while working with disabled adults. At an Atlanta non profit named "Just" People. He found success and fulfillment by helping them build careers, embrace excercise via Special Olympics, and eat healthier by growing their own food. Inspired by Farmer D Organics, Atlantis Hydroponics, and Truly Living Well, growing organic food became a way of life.
(Stephen and Mitchell)
Mitchell met Stephen Kavalous circa 2013 during a philanthropic mission to make the world a better place by giving back to the community via brotherly love and fellowship. An appreciation for service work, meditation, yoga, sustainability, and health via organic food nurtured a bond that grew between the two.
(Mitchell and Mike at Serenbe)
Mike Taylor soon joined their mission, circa 2014, when he discovered the Men's mission to enrich the world around them in every way possible, day in and day out. Mike was a generous man who fully understood that the hand that gives the rose bears the fragrance after being given. The three men decided to form an LLC, and named it mightymini organics , which accurately described the microgreens offered by their operation to local fine dining establishments.
(Stephen and Mike doing
market research at Two Urban Licks)
The team came to the conclusion after many trials and extensive R & D that they would need to build a large scale system to successfully meet the need of their clients.
(Mitchell and Blakely Rose
checking out ARKFAB)
R & D was redirected through a project named ARKFAB, run by GA Tech.
(Mike, Mitchell and Stephen
doing research at ARKFAB)
Mitchell began learning about the inner workings of large systems.
(Stephen working for
Bamboo Juices, based
out of Serenbe)
Stephen pursued knowledge of marketing through a bachelor's degree program at the Savannah School of Art and Design (SCAD.)
(Mike and King in Serenbe)
Mike continued to learn more about the green movement by continuing to support the growth and development an eco friendly community built around organic farming and sustainability by the name of Serenbe.
(Mitchell the day he
discovered Serenbe Farms)
The Plan:
(Team building the first
greenhouse at "Just" People)
Raise funds to spread aquaponics in an effort to make the world a healthier place!
(Mitchell at "Just" People, training
clients to work in "Just" Stuff
Thrift stores training center)
Put people at disadvantage to work in positive environments. Provide access to healthy food to communities with little or no access to proper nutrition. Build awareness of better agricultural practices that respect our planet. Build aquaponic systems for organizations that support our communities and provide training for future careers. Increase awareness about sustainability, nutrition, and health.
(Mike, Stephen and Mitchell feeding fish, testing water, and enjoying some amazing Aquaponic Thai Basil at Truly Living Well's and Georgia Tech's collaboration called ARKFAB)
