Michelle's Trip to the Border

On 7/21 I will be working with Al Otro Lado to help with intake at the CA-Mexico border. We will be assisting asylum seekers by securely scanning and tracking paper work, providing workshops to strengthen their asylum cases, pairing them with U.S. sponsors, and extending aid and comfort throughout this nightmarish process. Supplies are not being accepted at centers so monetary contributions will help us provide refugees with food and other basic needs once we get to Tijuana.
