I have been a human rights activist for over a decade and I am accustomed to raising money for people other than myself who are in desperate situations needing to escape imminent danger caused by Islamic extremism and totalitarian Islamic regimes.

I am deeply uncomfortable raising money for myself but I am in desperate need of a good family lawyer to prevent further family violence and partial homelessness being experienced by my own child. My daughter has been living on the streets and staying at random friend's houses when not under my care during the other parent's custody weeks due to ongoing exposure to family violence and a total breakdown of her relationship with the other parent.

I understand if you do not feel comfortable donating to a personal cause, but I am out of viable options and I give you my solemn word that this situation is dire. I am also unable to provide specifics due to a gag order, but I have attached a slightly redacted copy of one of the police reports.
