Hello, my name is Jenn, I am Josh’s Sister (Mia Rae’s Aunt) My niece has been in PICU for almost 2 months and she will now be transferred to Dallas for her heart surgery. I’m raising these funds for My Brother Josh and Sister in Law Yesenia to help them as they have both taken time off work, and now will be living in the Dallas hospital for awhile.

After almost 2 full months in the Pedi-ICU, it is time for her much needed Heart Surgery to repair her Atrioventricular Septal Defect(AVSD) and other defects. This is a Major surgery that won’t be easy but the heart team in Dallas comes with great experience specializing in this treatment and have great results. They are confident they can help and are eager to care for her. She has an amazing Team of Cardiologist that have advocated for her and always believed in her fighting spirit!

My Sister in Law has been sleeping in a recliner next to babygirl never letting her be alone. My Brother has slept in the car in a parking garage for the past 2 months semi regularly to stay close and not spend money on gas so they have become minimalist and have both taken time off of work to fight this battle together. All this while trying to squeeze in work and be there for my nephew Jack who has been amazing and as understanding as possible.
