Music for Change is Oxford College's first music philanthropy club club dedicated to harnessing the power of music to drive social change. By providing a platform for artists, performers, and activists to come together, we aim to raise awareness about pressing social issues, foster cross-cultural understanding, and inspire collective action towards a more equitable and sustainable world.

Each semester, we host Oxfest. OxFest is more than a student concert-- it is a vibrant and inclusive charity event celebrating art, music, culture, and social change. This event brings the diverse clubs and community members at Oxford to showcase their talents, promote positive societal impact through creative expression, and have a great time! We have consistently raised over $200 to local nonprofit organizations each time.

This semester, we will be fundraising for Washington Street Community Center (WSCC), which hosts an afterschool program. The funds from this fundraiser will be used to support their Student Incentive Program, which rewards students for Honor Roll, 5th Grade Graduation Gifts, Behavior Agreement, Citizenship, and Student Engagment.
