Hi my name is Eloise I am 16 and my dad is an incredible man who has sacrificed everything for me my whole life. 6 months ago we moved out of our family home due to personal issues and a divorce. We have been sofa surfing since August on the promise to get accommodation from our local council, a few days ago they wrote us an email stating that our case has been closed and they won’t help us with housing. We do not have the finances or a guarantor to be able to afford private renting. We’ve now been abandoned by our council and have no where to go. My dad runs his own business and although the money is keeping us afloat he does not have the money to rent out a flat/home especially in our area of the uk.
