Bring a few smiles to Mexicans family faces!
Donation protected
Hi everyone, thank you for reading this!
My first real experience with poverty was in Mexico, while living in Playa del Carmen with my mother.
I joined her on one of the Rotary club's mission and I was shocked to see the conditions of living and studying in this so touristic region.
We packed school bags for 2 full days before distributing them to families in the area. I will never forget the smiles it brought to the mothers and to the kids faces. Priceless!
That's the day I decided to get involved with the Rotary club amongst other charities.
This year, instead of receiving birthday presents, I am calling your generosity for two amazing organizations based in Playa del Carmen: Seaside Rotary club and KKIS (Keep Kids In School). Both those non-profit are doing amazing things in the region and improving lives of many. More details about those below.
My goal is to reach $3,500 (since I am turning 35!) or more in donations which will be equally split between the two charities. You can either donate through this link or bring $$ at my birthday fiesta on 30th November.
Thank you so much in advance for your generous gift!
Yours truly, Vicky

KKIS – Keep Kids in School
Improving lives through education by keeping kids at school.
Education reduces poverty, improves lives, and builds better communities. For many families in Mexico education is not affordable. KKIS keeps kids in school by removing financial barriers.
