Dear Family & Friends,
I hope you had a great Thanksgiving with your family and friends! As today marks the beginning of the giving season as it is Giving Tuesday I ask you to please read below and consider giving to the Mermaid Fund for a young girl named Ada Mae Grashow during this holiday season.
Last week our Dad read a letter to us from Allegheny Health Network about a 10-year-old girl named Ada Mae. Ada has a complex medical history, including Phelan-McDermaid Syndrome, which causes autism symptoms, intellectual disabilities (including no verbal skills) seizures, low immune system, hypotonia, inability to potty train, Pica, debilitating GI issues, sensory sensitivities, and lack of proprioceptive and safety awareness.
Ada’s family is raising money for a therapeutic pool in which our Dad will be completing for Ada and her family. We are looking to you, our family and friends, to consider giving to Ada and her family.
