Improving Mental Health Services for Gawler
Donation protected
I’m Dr Naomi Rutten, a local Gawler GP specialising in Mental Health and Behaviour Disorders.
Rates of Mental Health illness are increasing and access to quality services is getting harder. To improve access for Gawler and the surrounding areas, my husband and I purchased the old Convent on Porter St, Gawler, with the goal of providing a central hub for Mental Health Practitioners. This will include GP’s, Psychiatrists, Paediatricians, Psychologists, Counsellors, Play Therapists and other Therapeutic specialties.
Moving towards this goal, the building requires extensive repairs and we are committed to repairing and restoring it to its initial beauty.
This undertaking has so far been solely funded by my husband and I and we will continue to pour everything we can into the project but to make things happen faster we could use your help.
How can you help?
You can help in a range of ways:
- Become a Member of Ducks In A Row Trainings. Take care of your wellbeing and know that all profits from this business go directly to the repair of this building. Membership Here
- Provide your time or skills. There is so much to do and help is welcome.
- Financially support us by donating. Full transparency will be undertaken throughout the renovation process.
