Help Us Provide Reusable Period Kits for Schoolgirls in Zimbabwe – This World Menstrual Health Day
This Menstrual Health Day (28th May 2025), we’re raising funds to supply Menstrual Health Dignity Kits to schoolgirls in Zimbabwe, in partnership with Pad Up Zimbabwe. These kits will help young girls manage their periods with dignity, comfort, and confidence—while keeping them in school.
Many girls in rural Zimbabwe miss school during their periods due to embarrassment or lack of supplies. This not only affects their education but also impacts their self-esteem and long-term opportunities. Your support can change that.
We’re aiming to deliver a 150 kits to a school before May 28th—and we need your help to make it happen quickly.
⸻
What’s in Each Dignity Kit?
• 100% Cotton Ladies Underwear – Soft, breathable, and designed for maximum comfort during menstruation
• A Pack of 4 Reusable Pads in a Drawstring Bag – Eco-friendly, washable, and durable (lasting up to 3 years with proper care)
These pads offer a sustainable solution, reducing both waste and reliance on expensive, disposable products.

How You Can Help
• Just $7 / £6 can sponsor one full kit for a girl
• If you’re able to give more, your donation will also go towards:
• Soap
• A personal bucket for washing and hygiene
These extra items help the girls care for their kits properly, ensuring they last longer and remain hygienic.
⸻
Let’s give these girls comfort, dignity, and the opportunity to thrive.
Your donation—big or small—can make a real difference.
Please share and support. One kit, one girl, one life changed.
Thank you,
