Hey everyone, my name is Kristian and I will be competing in the Manchester Hyrox 2026 Men’s Solos on the 24th January.

Having wanted to do one for so long, I decided to setup a fundraiser for a topic that means a lot to me and feels like isn’t spoken enough about in our current generation.

Having grown up in an Eastern European household I was never under the impression to show off my emotions or reach out. Well, that should never be the case and is why I want to raise money for such a special cause.

My current summer was an interesting one mixed with stress, doubts and confusion. 

One thing that got me through were my friends and family, even to the point that my work manager provided support. The support was immense and I can’t appreciate the people around me enough for it. Charities like this will provide such great support that I received at a much higher expertise level and give the tools needed for groups that need the help they deserve.

Any donations are appreciated, no matter how big or small. The RCN is linked straight to this fundraiser, so all money will go straight to MANUP? Goal is currently set at £250 but I would love to smash this!
