This November, over 20 construction professionals from BuildIQ Group, LIVIC Civil, CMC Group International, Maguire Shotcrete Group, LPS Engineering will come together to take on a Mock HYROX and raise funds for Mates in Construction.

As people working in the construction industry, we understand the importance of looking after each other, starting conversations and creating a culture where seeking support is encouraged. Construction remains one of the industries most impacted by suicide, highlighting the need for greater awareness, support and action around mental health.

Throughout September, October and November, we’ll be documenting our journey, training, challenges and fundraising efforts as we prepare for HYROX. Our goal is to bring the construction community together, raise awareness around men's mental health, and support the incredible work Mates in Construction provides through education, support programs and suicide prevention initiatives.

Every donation, no matter the size, will help us contribute to this important cause and make a meaningful difference for workers and families across Australia.
