Memorial fund for Braylen & Marley

My name is Lindsie Tugby, I am the sister to Joel Conn, who recently passed away on August 25th. Joel was only 37 years old and his passing was unexpected and absolutely devastating to not only our family, but everyone who knew him. Joel was an extremely hard worker; he worked at Denver Water in T&D for 11 years up until recently, where he worked for private construction contractors. He was a son, brother, friend and coworker that was loved by everyone he came into contact with. Most importantly, he was a dedicated father to his beautiful soon-to-be 5 year old twins, Braylen and Marley. 

My parents and I have received an overwhelming amount of support and offers of assistance. As such, we are creating this GoFundMe to receive donations that will go to a savings account reserved for Braylen and Marley.
