On October 6th 2020 I lost my mentor, my inspiration, my protector, my teacher, and so much more. My Da' passed suddenly and traumatically - but he was not in pain and he was not alone, which brings me some peace.
Funding is not available to cover hosting a service for him unfortunately, and that's why I'm here.
The support and messages I have received from his friends and our family have been absolutely breath taking to say the least. Which is why I feel it appropriate to hold a celebration of life for my Dad, and friend to so many amazing people, Patrick Sean O'Connor to provide a space for those who loved him to say farewells and gain some closure.
Working casual shifts while trying to stay on track with my full time schooling through all of this has not helped my financial situation (to get right to the point) therefore I'm not able to pay for his service on my own.
It's going to be small (Covid), and simple as Dad was a free soul and would want it that way.
Truly anything helps. Thank you all infinitely.
