Unfortunately our dear friend Jake tragically slipped away on 15.08.18 leaving many devastated. I have set up this page to help purchase a memorial bench so  loved ones and friends will be able to sit and remember our special angel - please help us to help his family at such a difficult and heartbreaking time - rest easy Jake❤️
