I am raising money to help pay for my brother's attorney. My brother has a history of addiction and is no saint. However, he and his wife are being held in Elmore County, Alabama, Jail, wrongfully charged with trafficking on excessive bonds. My brother's past is being held against them both. 

I am creating this 'go fund me' account to make it easier for people to donate. I have found a great attorney to represent my brother and need help to finish paying the retainer. My brother's charges are beatable, but only with adequate counsel. If my brother is convicted on these charges that are not his, it will be a Class A Felony, and he will get life in prison. He doesn't deserve that sentence. 

He is a husband, father, brother, and grandson. He has so much to offer and give back to the community. I am reaching out to everyone; even $10 gets us closer to our goal. Relatives work together to take care of the children. I need a little more help to pay the attorney. Thank you and God Bless.
