Melrose Cards for the Community

The Melrose Chamber of Commerce and our community in Melrose, MA are helping our neighbors during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic through a special program, Melrose Cards for the Community, a gift card giving program for local residents in need.
With the closing of schools, jobs lost and more, some Melrose residents are struggling to provide food for themselves and their families during this time.
The Melrose Chamber of Commerce along with the City of Melrose and the Melrose Emergency Fund have formed a partnership to not only assist our neighbors by helping buy food, but by also helping to support local food establishments as they struggle to stay open right now.
How it works:
When you donate online to Melrose Cards for the Community, your donation will provide us with the funding to purchase gift cards from Melrose food establishments in increments of $10.
The gift cards will be given to the Melrose Emergency Fund who will identify individuals and families in Melrose in need and distribute the gift cards.
A generous donation by Melrose Bank helped to establish the fundraiser.

You may also donate by check (payable to: (Melrose Cards for the Community) or cash by bringing your donation to the Cambridge Savings Bank (formerly Melrose Bank) drive up window at 638 Main Street in Melrose.
