I am Emily and I am currently fundraising for my trip with Mellon Educate in Nov 2024, and also for United Friends For Education.
Both charities are doing phenomenal work to provide education to some of the poorest children in the world. They have absolutely nothing at all.
Anyone who knows me knows once I get talking about these charities, I can’t stop. Most of you know how much these charities mean to me and how grateful for every penny raised I am. I have seen first hand what a difference previous donations have made, and it is mind blowing.
I am hoping to fundraise again, to travel to South Africa this year to make a difference. I couldn’t go last year due to personal circumstances, so all funds raised are going towards this year’s trip - which I can’t WAIT for!
I will be doing various fundraising events throughout the year. Trust me when I say, every single penny is appreciated and put to good use. I hope I can show you all with a video at the end of the year, where your donations have gone, and the smiles on the kids faces.
