From co-workers to family. Myself and my team are asking your support to give a little back to a woman who deserves so much more.

Late last year Melanie was given a terminal cancer diagnosis of stage 4 Melanoma, cutting her life short and given 18 months to live. Now the cancer has been found to be more agressive and her time has been shortened to less than 6 months and will likely not make it to Christmas with her family and friends.

Despite being only 48 years young, Melaine has endured more than a lifetime of pain and trauma. She never let that beat her and with the support of her husband Brent, has raised and supported 6 children of their own, 3 foster children, 9 grandchildren and numerous more along the way. All whilst working full time. Melanie's door is always open to those in need of a safe space, good meal or a break from their own hardships. She is always the first one to offer help.

Now Melaine has been forced to retire and with her bright light fading we are seeking support for her and her family in this her toughest and last fight. Please help us give them the opportunity for Brent to take a break from working and to focus on what matters most: memories through time together, comfort, and care, whilst not having to worry about funds.
