Hello Friends & Neighbors, as you may have noticed, the two communal mailboxes at the end of Melanie Ct. have been condemned by the USPS and need to be replaced. The cost of replacing both boxes comes to $4,781.29 and the HOA has notified us that our annual $100 fee doesn’t cover the cost.
This GoFundMe page gives us a way to pool funds together, while also ensuring that if we don’t raise the needed amount, each donor will receive a refund for the full amount of their donation. The cost of a new mailbox comes to roughly $200 per homeowner, but please contribute whatever you can.
