We’re taking on the West Yorkshire Trail Half Marathon on June 15th, even though neither of us has ever run before (The last time being Sports Day 2007, as pictured :D!). We wanted to challenge ourselves and do something meaningful while we’re at it.

Both of us commute to work through Leeds every day, and the reality of homelessness in the city is something we see firsthand. It’s impossible to ignore, and we wanted to find a way to make a difference. That’s why we’ve chosen to raise money for Leeds Homeless Street Angels, a local charity that does vital work supporting people experiencing homelessness in Leeds.

Leeds Homeless Street Angels provide food, clothing, and emergency support to those in need, as well as working to help individuals get back on their feet. They play an important role in the community, and we believe their work can make a real difference.
