Hi, my name is Jennifer Amin, and I am joining the Medical Missions for Children (a non-profit organization) to travel to Cusco, Peru, in early August. As a PACU (post-anesthesia care unit) Registered Nurse, I am volunteering to recover infants and toddlers after their cleft palate and cleft lip repairs during the immediate post-operative period.

I am kindly asking for donations so my co-worker and I can bring age-appropriate toys/educational material and medical supplies for the children (resources are extremely limited in the hospital.)

Some children will travel long distances from the Amazon/Northern Peru to receive this life-changing surgery. We are truly humbled for the opportunity to use our skills and knowledge to make a difference.
