Niña Guimba is an 18-year-old scholar from Culion, Palawan, who dreams of becoming a dentist so she can serve Indigenous and underserved communities. As her first step, she plans to study nursing before pursuing dentistry.
Raised by her grandparents and supported by family members who sacrificed for her education, Niña has grown up with both hardship and love. Her experiences with Indigenous communities and her own dental struggles inspired her dream of helping others through dental care.
Even in state institutions, the annual cost of college is about $5,000, including mandatory school fees, nursing supplies, school supplies, uniforms, and living expenses. Your support can help Niña continue her studies and move closer to her dream of bringing care and confidence to others.
Please help by donating, sharing her story, or sending words of encouragement.
