My Type 1 Diabetic, lost his job in April due to getting thrush from his type 1. He found a great job but will not have his insurance active until 8-1-18.

He has four beautiful children that he is trying to support while trying to find a way to keep himself alive. 

He has been rationing his insulin and not checking his blood as often as he should because of the cost and burden on our family.  I am worried that he is going to have more medical issues because of this.

The cost of a weeks worth of insulin without insurance and with a coupon is almost $400 a week.

We have been trying to keep his medicine filled but the cost is too high.

I do not want him to be another diabetic that dies because of greedy manufactures .
