Hi, my name is Cierra Redden. In June of 2023, I will travel to Ghana with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Medical Brigades Chapter! I will be working in a medical clinic in a remote community, assisting the healthcare team in providing healthcare to the Ghanaian community. As an aspiring physician, this experience will allow me to gain practical medical experience, shadow local Ghanaian physicians, and develop my personal and professional skills. On this trip, I will triage patients, take vital signs, facilitate health workshops, and more! However, I can’t make this happen without you!
