Hello my my name is Torrey. On September 13th my 9 yr old son "Link" was struck from gun fire and received several wounds from a bullet hitting the ground and exploding. Link received 24 stitches and still has a fragment in his knee area. We are still dealing with medical issues from the incident. My household bills have fallen behind due to stress and being out of work from being him to repeated doctor visits. Im sure i can eventually get our bills in order but my main concern is just giving my kids a great birthday moment so we can move pass this traumatic experience. The gun was stolen by a 10 yr old boy who we just started letting our son play with. Links's birthday was on the September 9th and we were celebrating it and his sisters birthday which is on the 12th. The funds would be used to help pay for medical expenses and give both kids a do over birthday experience. I normally don't ask for help, but I'm at wits end as to how to restore some normalcy back to my family. I'll be forever grateful for any help so thank you in advance.
