Hi , my name is Brandon Grizzell. My loving wife , best friend and the greatest mother ever passed away 5-27-22 after contracting a strep infection of the blood. It was sudden and unexpected. Me and my three children , two boys ages five and seven and my beautiful daughter age three were left to put our lives back together the best we can. I work full time and must return to work after my five days of bereavement leave. My company has F.M.L.A and I am allowed twelve weeks bereavement but I can not afford to miss any work unpaid. I am asking for a little help in order to pay for emergency childcare. I have put in an application for childcare consultants but it takes up to 30 days to get approved. We also need help with bus passes as I do not drive and have to be able to get to appointments. I am also trying to get a bio urn for my wifes remains so I can grow a tree from her ashes so her children will have something tangible to remember her by. I have asked for 5,000.00 to cover these and any other expenses that may arise such as bereavement camps or counseling for my children and grief counseling for myself. I have never had to deal with this kind of thing before and I am terrified. I just want to feel that whatever may come from this tragedy that my children will be taken care of and safe. We just need some help while we get our bearings and rebuild our lives. This is important for me because I never want my kids to feel that they need to worry wether we will make it or not. We are strong and have enough love to carry us through we just need a little help getting things in order and taken care of.
