As of today Feb 22nd till further notice MdB designs Store will be CLOSED! Both production and the store on Main Street in Hendricks, MN - PLEASE UNDERSTAND this is NOT PERMANENT - this will only be for the rest of February and the month of March and April 2023.
I am going way out of my comfort zone and asking for some HELP. OPENING up my store in July of 2022 has been such a blessing, and a big asset. What hard work is has been and how far I have come was just amazing. I was blessed again in August with unexpected news, finding out I was going to be a Mom to a sweet little boy. This was just another blessing and I was so excited, but unfortunately it came with some unplanned struggles. Having a high risk pregnancy with some severe complications... This first time Mama's sweet baby Liamm arrived a wee bit early on 02/21/23... born at 2.3lb and 13.75" this little guy is such a trooper. This was very unexpected and I am still trying to process this world of motherhood I stepped in to! I am a strong believer and I trust... but my human heart is just waking up to this new reality and trying to figure out how to navigate this new road ahead... This means all my focus and energy will be going to this sweet little boy... as I have to be close to him in Sioux Falls, he will be in the NICO for the next 11 weeks, it will be super hard for me to run my business and give all my love and attention to this little boy. This road ahead is so unknown, but I have no other choice but to do what is best for me and him right now! I've prayed for this little guy so much... I am very unprepared emotionally and financially.
As a small business owner, MdB Designs - is my only source of income, being closed for this long, will financially break me... We are asking for prayers of strength during this very difficult time for my small family. If you are able to do more and donate any amount to help us out my humble heart will appreciate this so much... from a small business to small town community... I'd love to be back open and in full swing come May, and would just appreciate the chance to do so after we are ready to come back home to this sweet little town and community!
