My husband and I have been down on luck financially for the last two years due to my husband getting hurt at work. We are currently living at my husband's grandfather's house and were going to eventually buy it, but with him being out of work and waiting on disability, we have run through our savings and both our credits have been destroyed in the process. Unfortunately, my husband's grandfather has passed, and now they want to sell the property, and we have no means of purchasing it at this time. It’s sentimental for my husband to try to keep the property as he grew up there since he was about 4. The house needs work, but we wanted it anyway and planned to fix it up as we could. Even if we cannot buy the property, we will have to find a place to live eventually, and we cannot go anywhere due to our situation.
