We have raised $6665 so far as of 13 January 2026 (cash + GoFundMe $)
All money goes towards gravel only- Mike Seghezzi is donating tractor work.
We have had a few checks submitted (this amount will not show up in the GOFundMe balance but is added directly to the account where the money is deposited): GoFundMe takes 2.9% + .30 cents per transaction so cash/check work best to keep all the donations within the fund.
$400 Shaun Bryars ($700 total for Shaun)
$2000 Christine and Alan Gerbaud
$300- Yuba Libre
$100- Jeanne Henry
$250- Joseph & Joyce Giunta

McKitrick Ranch Road maintenance fund to help with road maintenance. This is specifically for the section from Jones Bar (end of asphalt/mailboxes) to the split at Borelli/Lost Ranch Way—the section of road that everyone who lives back here uses. Funds are for gravel only—all grading and tractor work is free, compliments of Mike Seghezzi.
There are 35 households/parcels in this area, and so a donation of $142 per household/parcel would get us to our goal.
$5000 will get us six truck and transfer loads of 3/4" AB class 2 rock ($900 per load) from Parks Bar. All grading work that needs to be done to help with getting the road to drain water correctly (get it out of the center of the road and off to the ditch side) is FREE, compliments of Mike Seghezzi.
•If all 35 parcels donated $142 we would reach our goal of $5000.
•If 17.5 parcels (50%) contributed we would need $284 per parcel.
•If 10.5 parcels (30%) contributed we would need about $500 donation.
We are Chris and Juniper Dacre and have lived back on Lost Ranch Way for nearly 12 years in the old John Olmstead house. Your money will go directly to the purchase of gravel. A GoFundMe is the only way that makes it easy for a group of people to make a donation- otherwise its collecting cash here and there and that is a pain. So please use this page and donate what you can.
Thank you,
Chris
