Our dear friend, Kirsten and her husband, Hayden,  recently added a baby girl, Mckenna, to their beautiful family.

“McKenna has the best case of the “most severe form of Tetralogy of Fallot”. She has the type with pulmonary atresia - where no blood can cross from the right ventricle to the pulmonary arteries and lungs. Thankfully, though, she still has the arteries that some babies who have this do not. She has been on a medication called Prostaglandin to keep open the Ductus Arteriosis (which is a vessel that connects the aorta to the pulmonary artery. It usually closes after birth but they need it to stay open to maintain some blood flow to the lungs).” - Kirsten

We are trying to raise money for their family to help alleviate the stress of monthly expenses,  as she and her husband have just moved cities in the midst of everything they are going through right now.
