Every year at MCFuturefitness, our charity photoshoot is about more than just physical transformation.

It's about challenging ourselves, building confidence, supporting one another, and giving back to causes that make a real difference in our communities.

This year, we are proud to support Midlands Living Links, a voluntary organisation that provides free, confidential support, practical guidance and a listening ear to individuals and families who have been bereaved by suicide.

Their volunteers have lived experience and offer hope, understanding and connection to people navigating one of life's most difficult journeys.

Over the past decade, our charity photoshoots have helped hundreds of people transform their health and confidence while raising thousands of euro for important causes.

This year, every donation will help Living Links continue providing vital support services to those who need them most.
