My name is Morgan Browne and I have been given the opportunity to volunteer in Nicaragua this summer with Growth International Volunteer Excursions (GIVE Volunteers). I am extremely excited to have the chance to give back to the world and use this experience to continue helping throughout my life.

Nicaragua is the second poorest country in the Western Hemisphere. 46.2% of the population live below the poverty line where thousands struggle to survive on little more than US$1 per day.

I will be directly involved in building the only secondary school in the region, teaching English and health to children, implementing large-scale fresh water projects to 12,000 locals, and protecting endangered native sea turtles.

All contributions will go directly to the cost for me to volunteer. Please help me reach my goal and help Nicaragua!
